Exchanges and refunds

Any return or exchange needs to start by you contacting us at hello@onelovegeneration.com

During 14 days following the delivery of your order, you may request the exchange or refund of items, which you must return to us in perfect condition accompanied by the original invoice. Returns will only be accepted if original packaging are unbroken. Products purchased on sale (discounted price) are not eligible for return or exchange. You are responsible for the shipping of returned items back to One Love Generation. Items lost in transportation will not be compensated for. Shipping charges on returned merchandise are at the customer's expense. However, we will not charge additional shipping on exchanges. All exchanges are subject to availability. Refunds for returned merchandise will be made within two weeks of the return of the product, to the original purchaser’s credit card or payment method. Note that additional duties and/or taxes will not be refunded. Neither will shipping costs, as mentioned above.

Faulty items after review and conclusion of reflecting production issues, will be exchanged to the same type of product or refunded. Refunds for faulty items can be made within the 14-day period following delivery and will be automatically made on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.



Terms of product

One Love Generation AB is providing a product made out of natural ingredients, no additives added. Therefor the colour and the taste can vary slightly since season and weather are subjects for impact of the harvest of which our products origins from.

 

Shipping

General information
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days of receiving the order, provided that we receive due payment, clearance and have stock availability. During our sales period order processing may however take up to 7 business days. We operate Monday to Friday with the exception of Swedish public holidays. An order confirmation will be sent by email when your order is placed. Shipping costs will be added to your order and displayed at checkout.

Shipping Costs
We have a flat rate within Sweden and orders are shipped with PostNord. We also have a flat rate within the EU, carrier might vary. For countries outside of EU, the shipping cost is calculated
