Christmas Raw Chocolate
45 gram cacao butter
2 sachets of OLG Awakening blend
1 tsp cinnamon, grounded
1 tsp cardamom, grounded
zest from one organic orange
10 medjool dates, coarsely chopped
15 walnuts, coarsely chopped
1 tbsp cocos, grated
1 pinch seasalt
Melt the cacao butter in a water bath, max 43 C
Visk OLG Awakening blend, orange zest, spices and salt into the butter.
Also put dates, nuts and cocos.
Prepare a small form covered with baking paper.
Put the chocolate mix into the form and make it smooth with a spoon.
Put into freezer for at least 20 min.
Tip! Perfect to store in your freezer and bring out when needed.
